Shayna Powley, MS, FNP-C

Shayna was born and raised in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.  She worked as a medical-surgical nurse at Porter Hospital and Lutheran Medical Center while attending the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center obtaining her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She worked in family practice for a year before joining Dr. Kenneth Blake with SurgOne. 

Shayna is married and enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband and dog including hiking, skiing, rock climbing, snowshoeing, and camping.
