Kate Freeman, R.N., M.S.N., A.P.R.N.-B.C.

Kate was born in Tampa, Florida. Her father was in the Air Force causing her to move around a lot. She settled in Denver over 25 years ago and considers this her home. She went to the University of Northern Colorado for her Bachelor’s degree in nursing. She worked at Swedish Medical Center in the intensive care unit for 10 years. Wanting something more, she returned to school at Regis University for her Master’s in nursing, with a focus on family and acute care nurse practitioner. She worked in family practice for about a year, taking a position as a nurse practitioner and surgical assistant with Dr. Reginald Bell.

Kate has two girls who are involved in sports. She enjoys cycling, golfing, skiing and anything outdoors.
